About the Cafe

Our Mission

Silsoe Community Cafe exists to bring people together. We run a free, monthly cafe at Silsoe Village Hall where anyone can pop in for tea, coffee, homemade cakes and good conversation. No charge — just donations to cover costs.

What to Expect

• Free tea, coffee and a selection of homemade cakes
• A friendly, relaxed atmosphere for all ages
• Open 9:30am to 11:30am on selected Saturdays
• Accessible venue at Silsoe Village Hall
• Local businesses and community groups sometimes showcase their work

Volunteering

The cafe runs entirely on volunteers. Whether you can help set up tables, serve drinks, bake a cake, or just wash up afterwards, every bit of help makes a difference.

Donations

The cafe is free to attend but runs on donations. Any contribution helps us cover the costs of tea, coffee and other supplies. We also welcome cake donations from home bakers in the community.
